  Hey guys, we have a decent sized VDI environment, around users all on VmWare Horizon View. We implemented MS Teams and recently have. Teams in a virtualized environment supports chat and collaboration. And with the Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and VMware platforms. Suppose you have Windows 10 dedicated persistent VDI environments. You want the Microsoft Teams application to auto-update and prefer Microsoft.

Currently the following 3 platforms are certified:. In this scenario the processing will happen locally and not within the VDI. When media is processed via the local client this is called an optimized. If media is processed within the VDI this is called an unoptimized. But why should you avoid unoptimized media sessions?
